George Daughan, holds a Ph.D. in American History and Government from Harvard
University.  He served with the US Air Force for three years during the Vietnam Era.  
He was an instructor at the Air Force Academy and director of the MA program in
international affairs there.  He is the author of,
If By Sea, the forging of the American
navy-From the revolution to the War of 1812.

The "Sons of the American Legion Radio Report" can be heard live on WVOX 1460
AM in Westchester County and around the world on WVOX.com.   The show is held
on the first, third, fourth and (Fifth) Tuesdays of each month from 2:30 to 3:00 PM.
