The "Sons of the American Legion Radio Report" can be heard live on WVOX 1460
AM in Westchester County and around the world on WVOX.com. As of May 1st, the
show is being expanded to every Monday on WVOX and WVOX.com.
The host of the program is Kenneth G. Kraetzer, Commander of Sons of the
American Legion in Pelham, NY; Vice Commander for Westchester County, and Vice

Army Spc. Allen Winters of the 444th Engineer Company, a competitor in the 412th
Theater Engineer Command's Best Warrior Competition, studies a map of Camp
Smith, NY here in order to successfully complete the land navigational portion of the
competition. Soldiers were provided a compass, protractor and map to complete the
given task of locating numerous finite points throughout Camp Smith's challenging
terrain. The Soldier named this year's Best Warrior will go on to represent the 412th

Army SGT. Jesse Dodson of the 467th Forward Support Command, a competitor in the
412th Theater Engineer Command's Best Warrior Competition, stands in front of a

year's Best Warrior will go on to represent the 412th TEC at the Army Reserve's
National BWC in July. The 2009 412th BWC was held this year at Camp Smith, NY.
