New York National Guard members PFC Desmond Hall from Mt. Vernon, Spc. Brian
Melfi from Yonkers and Spc William Stumpf from New Rochelle and a graduate
student at Iona College along with Ken Kraetzer of WVOX and Sons of the American
Legion. The three soldiers were among 200 National Guardsmen called up to work
at the Presidential Inauguration in Washington DC.
