WWII Veteran Stanley Jones, receives his diploma from Pelham Memorial High School
on December 20, 2007. The current North White Plains resident served in the US Army
building the military airfield at Guam. He was sent to Tinian to be a guard of the Enola
Gay before its historic flight. Mr. Jones went on to be an Executive chef for Trans World
Airlines.
